Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are valid only for defective or faulty products. Please note that "Change of Mind" returns cannot be accepted. In case of a refund for a "Change of Mind" return, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the shoe price.
  • You can request a return claim within 07 working days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

  • The return process is straightforward. Send the product back to us via a traceable delivery service such as Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS at your own expense to our address.
  • Alternatively, you can also visit our outlet for return, exchange, or refund.

Product Size Replacement

  • All products on our website are listed in EURO sizes, and we have provided a "SIZE CHART" on each product's details page. Please check the size carefully before placing an order or requesting a size replacement.
  • For size replacements, a delivery charge of 200/- will be applied. However, if you have received a faulty or defective product, no charges will be applied.
  • The size replacement process will be completed within 07 working days.
  • To initiate a size replacement, you need to return the product via a traceable delivery service at your own expense to our address. Once we receive the product, we will send you the required size.

Return / Refund

  • Please ensure that the returned product is unworn and unused.
  • The return amount will be processed within 14 to 30 working days.
  • To initiate a return/refund, send the product back to our address via a traceable delivery service. Once we receive the product, our customer service department will contact you to obtain your Bank Account details or Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash details for the refund.
  • Please note that return and exchange are not valid on sale/discounted products. In case of a refund for any valid return, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the shoe price.

Note: No refund, return and replacement will be apply if product get damage by the customer.

If permission to open the product is given and the customer misbehaves or attempts to damage the goodwill of the business, there will be no refund or replacement.

No refund, return and replacement will be apply on Clearance / Ramadan / Eid / Flash Sale products if first check and then pay is allowed.
