Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are valid only for defective, faulty, or size-related issues.
  • “Change of mind” exchanges are not accepted.
  • You can request an exchange within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product.

Exchange Procedure

The exchange process is simple:

  • Send the product back to us via a traceable delivery service (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS) at your own expense to our address.
  • Alternatively, you can visit our Sneakfitters outlet for an exchange.

Product Size Replacement

  • All products on our website are listed in EURO sizes. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
  • For size replacements, a delivery charge of Rs. 200 will apply.
  • If you have received a faulty or defective product, no delivery charge will be applied.
  • The size replacement process will be completed within 7 working days after we receive your product.
  • To initiate a size replacement, send the product back to our address using a traceable courier service. Once received, we’ll dispatch the new size.

Important Notes

  • No exchange will be applicable if the product is damaged by the customer.
  • If permission to open the parcel is given and the customer misbehaves or attempts to harm the business reputation, no exchange will be provided.
  • No exchange will be applicable on Clearance, Ramadan, Eid, or Flash Sale products if “first check and then pay” is allowed.
